Santa Cruz House Cleaners Needed

Looking For a Job with Flexible Hours?

Since our operations have expanded, we have openings for additional qualified workers. We will train workers with our methods and environmentally friendly cleaning products.

Worker Requirements:

  1. Read, write, and speak fluent English
  2. California driver's license (record need not be “clean,” but the license must be valid)
  3. A reliable car for travel within Santa Cruz County
  4. Minimal availability per week of 20 hours between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  5. Greater availability of hours is a plus.
  6. Prior residential cleaning experience is beneficial, but not required
  7. References from prior work experiences are required.
  8. Must possess a cell phone.

Worker Qualifications:

  1. Dependable work ethics – honesty, punctuality, etc.
  2. Comprehends the importance of cleaning within a schedule
  3. Multi-tasks and cleans with thoroughness and speed
  4. Communicates and listens to others. Asks questions
  5. Ability to team with other workers or work alone

Compensation:

  1. Entry Level Wage is $24.00/Hr. Performance Evaluations and Reviews occur every other 90 days.
  2. Flexible schedule throughout all days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays
  3. Long-term assignments are available.
  4. Employees may accept client tips.
